Our Enrollment Process

Complete our interest form
Complete our interest form, which includes an RSVP for our open house or a link to schedule a 1:1 school tour.
Attend a tour or open house
All families that are new to Roots and Wings are required to visit us before applying for next school year. Our next open house will be Sunday, February 16th from 2-4pm. You may choose to schedule a 1:1 tour instead of our open house if you wish. A link to schedule a 1:1 tour is provided within our interest form.
Complete enrollment application
Our online application for the 2026-2027 school year (and summer 2026) will launch for new families on Monday, February 16th. Families who have completed an interest form will receive an application link to their email address at 7am.
Receive acceptance or waitlist status
We do our best to notify you of enrollment status within 7 days. While we do process applications in the order submitted, age and gender of applicants are also considered to ensure a balanced, diverse cohort of learners. For those placed on our waitlist, there is still hope! We do typically have select spaces open up before the school year begins due to unexpected moves or family changes.
Confirm Enrollment
If your child is accepted, an enrollment contract and 10% non-refundable tuition deposit are due within two weeks to secure their space in our learning community.
Summer Check-In
If accepted, your child’s lead guide will meet with you over the summer. This is a great time to have any final questions answered, and for your child to meet their teacher and see their classroom spaces.
