Tuesday - Friday 8:30am-11:30am
Attend 1, 2 or 4 mornings per week
Our school year program runs from September - May.
Children between the ages of 3 and 6 by September 1st are eligible to apply.
(exceptions may be made for children nearing age 3 on a case-by-case basis).
We maintain a child: staff ratio of 6:1, with two instructors present at all times and a maximum of 12 Wildlings per day.
Please note that this application does not guarantee your child a spot in the Wildlings Forest School Program,
and that you will be contacted regarding program placement and schedule within one week for 2 or 4 morning/week students.
Requests for 1 morning/week will be notified of availability/placement by August 10th.
program investment:
Tuition will be collected monthly as follows:
2 mornings/week = $150/month
4 mornings/week = $300/month
1 morning/week = ~$80/month dependent on day selected
Fee includes daily snack and supplies
** Additional non-refundable $50 registration fee is due once per child per year **
Registration fee includes t-shirt and nature journal
Programming will begin on Tuesday, September 7th and run through Friday, May 27th, following the traditional school year calendar.
We will always follow the NYM school district calendar (click to view) for holidays and school breaks. We will also be closed November 9-12 during deer hunting, and a few days in February (TBD) for a family trip. Tuition is calculated with no charge for scheduled days closed. Tuition will not be reimbursed for individual absences or severe weather closures.

Roots & Wings Wildlings promotes holistic child development and facilitates socialization through play and exploration. Studies have found that giving children the space to engage with the wonders of the natural world has significant benefits for health, learning, and skill development.
In rain, snow, and sunshine, Wildlings is a dedicated, OUTDOOR program. By embracing Mother Nature, we hope to instill a love and respect for nature while promoting the endless benefits of outdoor play.
